First Off: These Arpeggios are playable if you spend some time in the woodshed. They could classified ideally as Blues/Pentatonic Arpeggios.
Lick 1 is more or less an A major arpeggio with a b5 thrown in for flavor
Lick 2 is similar but substitutes a B in place of the C# for very cool 'sus' feel.
